Magyar Roots!
At Magyar Roots, our primary objective is to provide comprehensive support to individuals engaged in Hungarian genealogy research. Through collaborative information-sharing and collective efforts, we endeavor to overcome genealogical challenges and breakthrough ancestral barriers, thereby uncovering invaluable insights into our Hungarian lineage.
Originally established in 2010 under the name Hungary Exchange, Magyar Roots is proud to reintroduce itself with an enhanced website experience. We extend a warm invitation to revisit our platform, where a wealth of resources awaits, including our newly available gazetteer maps. These maps serve as indispensable tools for navigating Hungarian ancestral landscapes with precision and depth.
Additionally, we encourage individuals to engage in our Hungarian Genealogy - Magyar Roots group on Facebook, which boasts an engaged membership of over 8,900 individuals. We are dedicated to assisting you on your genealogical journey and look forward to supporting your journey!
