Research Availability & Packages
All of our research projects are provided with reports that explain our research process, all of the information that was located and full source citations to locate any original records. These reports are not filled with fluff - material which is easily & readily available on the internet - rather, we focus solely on spending as much time as possible researching your ancestors. Free preliminary research is always conducted, before any research project begins, to fully assess and determine all record availability. Please contact us using the form above for more details.

Family Tree Research - $40 USD / hour
This is our basic package for any research project under 25 hours. These research projects are typically for those with set goals, or who are researching a specific family group (such as an immigrant line).
Bulk Family Tree Research - $35 USD / hour
Any research project estimated to take longer than 25 hours will receive this discounted rate. These research projects are typically geared towards those wishing to research their ancestors as far back as possible.
Research Background & Experience
Genealogy research has been a passion of mine since 1998, while professional work began in 2008. My research focuses on Colonial America and Europe, particularly German-speaking regions and the territories of the former Kingdom of Hungary. An interest in DNA research and genetic genealogy has led to helping many adoptees and individuals facing NPEs (non-paternity events).
Since 2010, I have created and have owned a non-profit website dedicated to providing free indexes and resources for Hungarian genealogical research [formerly known as Hungary Exchange].
In January 2011, detailed personal research contributed to the creation of the Hungarian section for an Eastern European genealogy course, which was presented at the Society of Genealogists convention in London, England.
The year 2012 marked a milestone, when I was named the Hungarian nominee for the Family Tree Magazine list of the top forty genealogy blogs. This recognition was for the blog’s focus on international research and Hungarian ancestry. View our blog here.
Between 2012 and 2019, I worked as a subcontractor for ProGenealogists, the official research firm of Ancestry.com. This role involved assisting with on-site research projects that required specialized knowledge of Chicago and Cook County resources, such as courthouses, the recorder of deeds, and various archives and libraries.
In July 2015, the opportunity to appear in an Ancestry.com commercial arose, showcasing my family’s Polish heritage. The shoot spanned 12 hours across three locations in Chicago and the commercial aired on the USA Network for an entire week in August 2015. This project was produced in collaboration with Mrs. K. Productions, Ancestry.com, and USA Network.
